李正国

李正国,教授,博士生导师。1964年生,四川大邑人。重庆市科技顾问团农业组成员,国际食品、农业和环境学会(ISFA)采后科学与技术分会副主席,中国园艺学会采后科学与技术分会理事,重庆市分析测试学会环境与产品质量检测专业委员会副主任委员,《保鲜与加工》杂志编委, 《Food, Agriculture & Environment》杂志编委。

   在果蔬成熟衰老机理及保鲜技术研究方面,重点开展了乙烯、生长素合成和信号转导相关基因的分离鉴定工作,创新性地开展了生长素与乙烯的互作机理研究,该研究成果将对阐明果实发育与成熟的分子机理具有重要意义。针对柑橘果皮病变严重影响商品质量的问题,开展了柑橘果皮病变机理及调控技术研究,首次从分子水平上揭示柑橘果皮病变的机理。柑橘果皮病变调控及保鲜技术,已在生产中应用,取得了显著的社会经济效益,对我市柑橘产业的发展起到了非常重要的促进作用。本项目已完成重庆市成果登记。先后主持国家、省部级项目10多项,出版专著6本;发表研究论文50多篇,其中SCI论文8篇。入选重庆市学术带头人和“322”人才工程第二层次人选。
